Hi, I’m Martha D’souza! A Markham lawyer who offers exceptional services in the areas of Family, Real Estate and Estate law. I strongly believe in resolving family disputes in an amicable and cost-effective manner, putting children’s best interest first.
Before starting my own practice, I worked as an associate lawyer at a Law firm in India, practicing civil, family and employment law for over eight years giving me valuable experience and a strong foundation in the legal field.
I immigrated to Canada and made it my home. I learnt about the culture by being involved in the community as a volunteer for Markham Stouffville Hospital, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and St. Patrick’s Parish.
I requalified as a lawyer with the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015, starting my practice soon after.
I provide services in English, Hindi, Marathi and Urdu.
I am a mother of a daughter, a son, and a cute Shih tzu. I enjoy spending time with my family, trying different cuisines with my husband, going on nature walks with my children and gardening.
